2. Purpose of Collection and Use
- Provision of App Functionality
- We automatically gather posts from K-Startup and various startup support websites (via crawling) and send a daily notification containing relevant postings to users at 10 AM.
- Webhook Setup for Notifications
- Using the webhook URL and channel provided during installation, we deliver notifications to users.
- Customer Support and Inquiry Management
- When you submit an inquiry or report an issue, we utilize stored Slack team information (such as team ID) to assist in resolving your problem.
3. Storage and Deletion of Personal Information
- Retention Period
- We securely store the minimal required information mentioned above as long as you continue to use the App.
- Upon uninstallation or expiration of the retention period, we promptly delete or anonymize relevant data.
- Deletion Procedures and Methods
- Personal information that needs deletion is securely destroyed in an irreversible manner.
